My Role: Producer - Volumetric Assets

For this SSENSE digital spread, Metastage volumetrically captured The Weeknd to produce high-resolution 3D assets, enabling flexible virtual cinematography and seamless integration into a stylized digital environment. Working alongside EDGLRD, the team generated cinematic stills and motion content from within a fully rendered 3D scene, using a digital double of The Weeknd styled in Rick Owens, Givenchy, and Prada. This workflow enabled flexible art direction while preserving the full fidelity of his live performance.

KAROL G X FORNITE FESTIVAL

My Role: Producer - Volumetric Assets

In collaboration with Epic Games, Magnopus, and Yoom, Metastage captured Karol G’s performance using advanced markerless motion capture for a groundbreaking playable concert inside Fortnite Festival. Free from traditional mocap suits, her natural movement was preserved—allowing fans to engage with her choreography in an interactive, neon-drenched world.

Built in Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), the experience unfolds across a five-part journey as players collect power-ups, explore stylized environments inspired by Karol G’s universe, and immerse themselves in a vibrant fusion of music, performance, and gameplay.

ALO MOVES XR

My Role: Producer - Volumetric Assets

Redefining how we engage with fitness, Alo Moves XR brings world-class instruction into spatial reality on Meta Quest. Metastage captured each instructor in high-fidelity volumetric 3D, allowing users to move through sculpt, yoga, and meditation sessions alongside real trainers in immersive, cinematic environments. Built with Magnopus and Meta, the experience blends mindfulness and mixed reality—delivering presence, precision, and calm in every frame.

STAR WARS’ AHSOKA HOLOGRAPHIC ASSETS

My Role: Producer - Volumetric Assets

Metastage partnered with Industrial Light & Magic to deliver the holographic sequences featured in Ahsoka. Volumetric performances were captured independently and composited into final picture, allowing seamless integration without the need for reshoots. The approach minimized post overhead while preserving the tone and texture of the existing footage —maintaining continuity without compromise.

XFINITY X TEAM USA AR RETAIL EXPERIENCE

My Role: Producer - Volumetric Assets

As part of the in-store experience for the 2024 Summer Olympics, fans visiting select Xfinity locations received limited-edition Team USA trading cards. QR codes unlocked volumetric captures of Team USA athletes performing signature moves. Captured on-location during the campaign shoot, each asset was integrated seamlessly into the broader retail experience—bringing elite athleticism directly into fans’ hands.

Ted Lasso Season 2 - Volumetric Crowd Simulation

My Role: Producer - Volumetric Assets

Volumetric performances captured for Ted Lasso Season 2 enabled Barnstorm VFX to build dynamic crowd scenes for key stadium moments. The assets were deployed as digital crowd sprites, populating shots with layered, lifelike spectators that supported wide angles, complex camera moves, and visual continuity. Designed as an alternative to traditional extras, the approach scaled the energy of a full stadium while streamlining production. The work earned an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Single Episode.
